These pieces were made during the Coronavirus period. While in quarantine, I tried to challenge myself to do little things and experiment with different mediums/techniques. I came up with this body of work using materials that I would not traditionally use in my previous works such as thumb sized objects that I normally discard. For these pieces, I used them to press into the clay. Also, I did not use any form of glazes; each piece was either burnt or spray painted and finished with an additional acrylic design.
